Chris Reed has been promoted to Division Manager after three years as Project and Process Development Manager for SourceOne. Reed's experience overseeing engineering, machine build, quality assurance, research and development, the tool room production planning for new products will serve him well in his new role. During his 25 years in manufacturing he has held a variety of roles including product engineering manager, quality manager, manufacturing engineer and production supervisor and he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Before being named Quoting Coordinator, Sahs served SourceOne as material handler, assembler, assembly supervisor, and production manager as well as earning customer service and sales responsibilities for the company's line of outdoor power equipment. In 2006, he completed his degree in business management while working full-time. Having joined the staff in 1994, his knowledge of the company and its customers is valuable in quoting new opportunities. "We like a challenge, and we're always looking for a newer and better way to do something," says Matt.

Before joining SourceOne in 2001, Eric held positions as Tool & Die Maker, Mold Maker, Tooling Specialist, Quoting Specialist, Tool Room Supervisor, and Plant Manager. He has worked in manufacturing for over 25 years with tool and die experience since 1986. Along with training in electronics, leadership, and supervision, Eric also holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Machine Tool Technology, a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, and is currently pursuing his Masters in International Business.

A part of SourceOne ’s team since 2005, Harley is responsible for expanding the specialized machining project department. Harley has 25 years of manufacturing experience, including over 15 years of line management. Harley is well versed in medium to high volume manufacturing including CNC machining, secondary processing and production scheduling.  He also excels in time reduction, product improvement, MRP, and inventory control.

After ten years of service to SourceOne customers, Jeff Bockoven took on additional responsibilities in Quality Assurance in 2007 as part of a strategic planning process that re-emphasized the importance of quality to the organization. Jeff is now in charge of quality manuals, inspections, monitoring of prints, and much more. Your project will be under Jeff's knowledgeable supervision and he will have the entire staff up-to-speed on the best way to complete your project on time and at the high level of quality you require.

Pat has over 20 years of manufacturing experience, and has held positions in Quality Control, Production, Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Supervision. He is experienced in quality control, production, AutoCAD, and Programming. Pat became part of the SourceOne family in 1998.

Prior to becoming a part of SourceOne’s team in 1997, Matt was a supervisor at an ASME Code weld shop. He started at SourceOne in the Toolroom as a student, and worked 5 nights a week while earning his Associate of Applied Science degree in Machine Tool Technology. Matt has worked in manufacturing for more than two decades in positions as Machinist, Machine Operator, Welder and Supervisor.

Having worked in manufacturing since 1973 with experience in fixtures, tool design, CNC machining centers, production design and supervision, and having held positions as Machinist, Programmer, Supervisor, Process & Manufacturing Engineer and Instructor, Tom was added to the SourceOne team in 2006. Tom has had training in programming, AutoCad, and management.
