Ivan joined our staff in 1991 as the manager of our newly founded powder coating division and assumed management of our entire job shop operation in 1997. SourceOne hired Chris Reed as Project and Process Development Manager, a new position developed within the company's strategic planning process. Reed now oversees engineering, Machine Build, Quality Assurance, research and development, and the Tool Room and will assist in planning the production process for new products. During his 23 years in manufacturing he has held a variety of roles including product engineering manager, quality manager, manufacturing engineer and production supervisor and he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Harley comes to us with over 15 years of line management in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Harley is well versed in medium to high volume manufacturing including CNC machining, secondary processing and production scheduling. In his capacity as Special Projects Manager, his role is to help set up and manage dedicated custom manufacturing cells operating within SourceOne and to achieve continuous improvement and maximize efficiency within these cells to offer customers the most competitive price possible.

Eric turns concepts and drawings into profit generating plant automation equipment. With over eight years and 50 successful machine build projects under his belt at SourceOne alone, Eric has worked with other SourceOne engineers to automate assembly, packaging, parts transfer, welding, machining, inspection, and virtually all other imaginable processes. He has a vast array of knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electronic and PLC control technology and holds an associate degree in Machine Tool Technology and BS in Information Technology.

After nearly ten years of service to SourceOne customers, Jeff Bockoven took on additional responsibilities as Supervisor of Quality Assurance in 2007. Jeff is now in charge of quality manuals, inspections, monitoring of prints, and much more in his new role. Clarice has a BS degree in Business Administration with majors in Business Management and Information Technology and is currently working on her MBA.
